Our annual Parade of Homes allows the community the opportunity to see the incredible craftsmanship and latest building trends. This year’s event is set for September 14-17, 2023.

Mark your calendars for the highly anticipated Annual Parade of Homes, taking place from September 14th to 17th. Join us for a tour of the latest and greatest in residential construction, featuring stunning homes from some of the area’s top builders. The event will be held on Thursday and Friday from 4-7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am – 4 pm. Tickets are available for purchase at each of the homes during the event, with prices set at $10 per person and $8 for senior tickets.
Your ticket includes an official Parade of Homes magazine, providing valuable insights into the latest trends and techniques in the industry. Be sure to download the map of all of the homes by clicking the link below. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to explore the best in residential construction.
What You Need to Know
- Parade Tickets are $10 each, $8 for seniors (age 65 and better) and Kids 5 and under are free with an adult admission. Tickets are for sale at each home during the event.
- At each Parade Home, you will receive a pair of booties and the official Parade of Homes Magazine. Please keep these with you as you tour from house to house.
- Once you have visited all five homes on the tour, please complete the backside of your ticket and leave it at the last house to enter to win a $100 Kwik Trip gift card, courtesy of Verve, A Credit Union.
